BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
as follows:
That Resolution No. 440-1, amending time limits for Under-
ground Utility District No. 2-A be, and the same is hereby amended
changing the designated times for completion as follows:
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that all poles, overhead wires & associated
overhead structures shall be removed and underground installations
made in said underground utility district within the following times:
(a) Underground installation by utility companies & property owners
& reconnections not later than September 1, 1970:
(b) Removal of poles, overhead wires & other associated overhead
structures not later than September 30, 1970.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a reg-
ular meeting held on the 18th day of March, 1970, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Robbins, Sanders, Smith
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Dwyer
