BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
as follows:
That Resolution No. 440-1.2, amending time limits for Under-
ground Utility District No. 2-A be, and the same is hereby amended
changing the designated times for completion as follows:
RESOLVED FURTHER, that all poles, overhead wires & associated
overhead structures shall be removed and underground installations
made in said underground utility district within the following times:
(a) Underground installation by property owners and reconnections
not later than June 1, 1971:
(b) Removal of poles, overhead wires & other associated overhead
structures not later than June 31, 1971.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a
regular meeting held on the 7th day of April, 1971, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Dwyer, Bridges
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Sanders /~I ~/ ~
