RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE AND
ABANDON STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENTS--
SARATOGA VILLAGE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
resolves as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to Government Code Sections
50,430 et seq. of the State of
California, the City Council of the City of
Saratoga hereby declares its intention to order
the vacation and abandonment of certain public
service easements located outside of that
certain subdivision known as "Saratoga Village"',
a description of said easements is attached
hereto on the Exhibit "A" and hereby incorporated
by reference herein, which public service
easements are now without the interior boundaries
of Tract 1932.
A copy of said legal description
and Map of Tract 1932 is also on file with the
City Clerk of the City of Saratoga.
Section 2: Wednesday, February 3, 1971,at the hour
........... of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the City
Hall, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, California,
is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing
all persons interested in or objecting to the
proposed vacation and abandonment.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of .......... January , 1971, by
the following vote:
