RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER
OF FUNDS BETWEEN AND/OR AMONG ACCOUNTS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to make the following transfers of funds between
accounts of the City of Saratoga:
(a) The sum of $127,084. from General Fund No. 21
to the Land Acquisition Fund No. 99.
(b) The sum of $75,071. from Gas Tax Special Main-
tenance Fund No. 46 to Street Improvement Fund
No. 92.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of May,
1971 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Dwyer, Sanders, Brdiges
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Smith
