RESOLUTION NO. 578
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENT TO
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
SARATOGA CAMPUS RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga.,
California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work in proceedings being conducted
by this Council pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 565 adopted
March 17, 1971, has prepared and submitted a supplement to the
plans filed aS part of the Engineer's Report in said proceedings,
which supplement consists of six (6) plan sheets providing details
for the addition to Fruitvale Avenue Parking Lot No. 1, together
with detailed specifications and contract documents therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said supplement is hereby
approved and ordered filed with the original plans and specifica-
tions as a supplement thereto.
I hereby certify that the i'oregoing is a full, true and.
correct copy of ResOlution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 16th day of Ju.e , 1971, by the following vote
of the members thereof:
