RESOLUTION NO. 587
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF BONDS
SARATOGA CAMPUS RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
1. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to call for
bids for the sale of $2,000,000 of special assessment bonds autho-
rized to be issued in proceedings conducted pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No. 565, adopted by this Council on March 17, 1971.
2. Notice of Sale of said bonds in form to be prepared by
Wilson, Jones, Morton ~Lynch, Bond Counsel for the City, shall be
given by said Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the
various banks and. bond houses interested in the purchase of such
bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds.
3. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson, Jones, Morton · Lynch, San Mateo, California, unquali-
fiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance
of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof
held on.,the ~t.h day of Au~us~ , 1971, by the following
vote of the members thereof:
