RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT TO
DEEDS AND GRANTS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 27281 of the State of California,
the City Clerk is hereby authorized to accept and consent to deeds or grants
conveying any interest in or easement upon real estate to the City of Saratoga
for public purposes. The City Clerk of the City of Saratoga who is hereinabove
authorized to so execute and deliver acceptances and consents is ROBERT F. BEYER.
Resolution No. 40-5 of the City of Saratoga is hereby superceded and
repealed and shall be of no further force or effect from and after date
of this resolution.
This resolution was regularly introduced and passed at a regular
meetinE of the City Council held on the 15th day of March, 1972, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Kraus, Bridges
NOES: None
