HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 584-1 RESOLUTION NO. 584-1 A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 584 WHICH REQUESTED ALLOCATION OF T.O .P. I .C .S. FUNDS FROM THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY COMMISSION FOR INSTALLA- TION OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF QUITO ROAD AND BUCKNALL ROAD IN THE CITY OF SARATOGA WHEREAS, on July 21, 1971 the City Council of the City of Saratoga adopted Resolution No. 584 requesting alloca- tion of T.O.P.I.C.S. funds for that certain project of the installation of traffic signal at the intersection of Quito Road and Bucknall Road in the City of Saratoga, and; WHEREAS, additional review of this project indicates that the potential T.O.P.I.C.S. allocation would be insufficient to warrant inclusion in the program; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this Council rescinds Resolution No. 584 and withdraws this project from the T.O.P.I.C.S. program. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, State of California, on May 17, 1972, by the following vote: AYES: councilmen Smith, Bridges, Kraus and Diridon NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Dwyer MAYOR ATTES CITY CL~
