A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA ENDORSING
AND ADOPTING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND THE CITY OF
SARATOGA REGARDING A POPULATION ESTIMATE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, that a certain
agreement between City of Saratoga and Department of Finance, State of Calif-
ornia, regarding population estimation in the form attached hereto, marked
Appendix A and made a part hereof, is hereby approved and the Mayor of the
City of Saratoga is hereby authorized and directed to execute it.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Saratoga of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, on the 2nd day of February 1972, by the following
votes:
AYES: Councilmen Robbins, Smith, Bridges, Dwyer, Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
