RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER
OF FUNDS BETWEEN AND/OR AMONG ACCOUNTS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to make the following transfers of funds between
accounts of the City of Saratoga as follows:
The sum of $20,042.15 from Motor Vehicle License
Fund 43 to Gas Tax Construction Fund No. 45.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1972 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: No'n~
