AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 612
AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
BETWEEN AND/ORAMONG ACCOUNTS
The city council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Section I of Resolution No. 612 is amended as follows:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to make the following transfers of funds between
accounts of the City of Saratoga as follows:
The sum of $20,042.15 from Moto~ Vehicle License
Fund 43 to Gas Tax Construction Fund No. 46.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of June, 1972 by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges and Diridon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Kraus
