HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 615 RESOLUTION NO. 615 A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO OBLIGATE T.O.P.I.C.S. APPORTIONMENTS WHEREAS, a T.O.P.I.C.S. Advisory Committee has re- commended that the City of Saratoga's share of the apportion- ment of California's Federal T.O.P.I.C.S. funds for each of the fiscal years 1971-72 and 1972-73 be $16,000, and; WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga has been informed by the State of California that this apportionment has been made, and directed that the City of Saratoga indicate its intent to obligate these apportionments; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saratoga does intend to obligate the apportionments for the above re- ferenced fiscal years but is not indicating the projects for which these funds will be obligated. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga, State of California, on May 17, 1972, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Smith, Bridges, Kraus and Diridon NOES: None ABSENT: Councilman Dwyer
