RESOLUTION ADOPTING ALTERNATE PROCEDURE FOR LEVYING
AND COLLECTING ASSESSMENTS ON AD VALOREM BASIS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
That for the fiscal year 1972-73, it is hereby determined that
the alternate procedure for levying and collecting assessments as
established by Chapter 8.5 of Part 1, Division 14, of the Streets and
Highways Code, is hereby adopted by this City for the levying and
collecting of assessments for the following named lighting districts,
which lighting districts were established pursuant to the Street
Lighting Act of 1919:
"SCL District 1"
"Azule Lighting District"
"Quito Lighting District"
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a
regular meeting held on the 5th day of July, 1972, by the following
vote:
AYES: COuncilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
