BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA FOR
TRANSFER OF TOPICS FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SARATOGA
that the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, empowered and directed,
for and on behalf of said City, to execute that certain Agreement with
the County of Santa Clara providing for the transfer of TOPICS Funds.
