Pursuant to Section 5320 of' the Business &: Profess.ions
Code of the State of California, the Direct.or of Public
of the State of California, is hereby r.equ.sste. d to requ:ire,
presentation of a Certificate of Zoning Compliance, or an
application date stam'p pursua.nt to Section 5322 of said Code:,
issued within sixty (60) days of presentation, before
any pemit in respect to any advertising d~splay %t)ursua. nt.
Article 6, Chapter 2, of Division III of the Bt~siness &
Code of the State of California, for any of the area ~.~7:ith~n
city limits of the City of Saratoga.
