RESOLUTION ABANDONING STORM
DRAIN EASEMENT
WHEREAS, it appearing that the hereinafter described
storm drain easement is no longer necessary for the purpose
intended and has not been in use for the past twelve (12)
months, and the City Council being so advised, and good
cause appearing therefor,
That certain Storm Drain Easement on Lot 9 as said
easement and lot are shown on that certain map en-
titled "Tract No. 4828, Arroyo De Arguello, Unit
No. 2" which map was filed for record in Book 275
of Maps at Page 50, Santa Clara County Official
Records.
The above and foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and thereafter passed and adopted on the 18th
day of April, 19.7~.., by the following vote at a regular Council
meeting:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
MAYOR
