RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION
OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby re-
solves as follows:
SECTION 1: Reference is hereby made to the following
Offer to Dedicate to the City of Saratoga,
covering easement for Storm Drain.
Offer dated March 27, 1973, executed by
Robert J. Pace and Kathleen G. Pace.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid Offer to Dedicate is hereby
accepted by the City of Saratoga, and is
hereby declared to be a public Storm Drain Easement of the
City of Saratoga.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Sara-
toga held on the ~.iBt~ day of~prit,, 1973~ by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Smith, Dwyer, Bridges, Diridon and Kraus
