RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAP~ITOGA
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 65402
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does herebf
resolve as follows:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 65402 of the.
State of California, the City Council of the Cit.::7 of
Saratoga hereby declares that Government Code Section
65402(a) relating to submission of proposals to the Planning;
Commission and receiving a report thereon as to confornnity
with the General Plan, shall not apply to acquisitions or
abandonments for street widening or alignment projects of
a minor nature. All acquisitions and abandonments for sI:reet
widening and alignment shall be deemed to be of a minor
nature unless the City Council, at the time authorizing
such project, shall specifically declare the same to be not
of a minor nature and therefore not come within the exen~ption
of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
at a regular meeting held on the l~ith day of October . ,
1973, by the following vote:
