RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SARATOGA REQUESTING THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
TO PERMIT EXAMINATION OF SALES AND USE TAX RECORDS
PURSUANT TO REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE SECTION 7056
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
that the Board of Equalization is hereby requested to permit Robert F. Beyer,
City Manager of the City of Saratoga, and James Hendrickson, Administrative
Assistant II of the City of Saratoga, to examine any and all of the sales and use
tax records of the Board of Equalization pertaining to sales and use taxes
collected for the City of Saratoga by the Board of Equalization pursuant to con-
tract entered into by the Board and the City.
This resolution is passed pursuant to and in compliance with Revenue and
Taxation Code 7056.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 17th day of October, 1973, by the following vote:
