RESOLUTION N0. 696-G
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CBANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution of this Council ordering
same, adopted on March 11, 1975, notice has been duly given of the
intention of this Council to change and modify the proceedings under
Resolution of Intention No. 696-C adopted on June 5, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the hearing on said change and modification. pro-
ceedings was duly continued from Tuesday, the 15th day of April, 1975
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the regular meeting place of
said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Saratoga, California, to
Wednesday, the 7th day of May, 1975, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the
regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall,
Saratoga, California, and notice of the continuation of said hearing
was posted in compliance with Section 54955.1 of the Government Code
of the State of California, as evidenced by the Certificate of Posting
of Notice of Continuance of Hearing on file in the office of the City
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, one person~ interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all
matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, over-
ruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more particularly
described and set forth in said Resolution adopted March...ll, 1975.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
___21iL day of May , 19Z5, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Bridges, Kraus, Corr, & Matteoni
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: Brigham
