RESOLUTION ALTERING AND ESTABLISHING
FEE SCHEDULE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: The following schedule of fees is hereby established for
the payment to the City of Saratoga on application for each of the follow-
ing enumerated applications, and no delivery to nor acceptance by the City
or any of its officers, agents or employees of any of the following enumer-
ated applications shall be considered as a filing thereof, until said fee
has been paid in full:
Application For: Filing Fee
Use permit $ 75.00
Design Review 25.00
Variance 50.00
Building Site Approval: up to 4 lots 30.00/lot
Subdivision Approval: first 25 lots 200.00
each lot over 25 4.00
Map Check Fee: first lot 35.00
each additional lot (2-5) 15.00/lot
each additional lot (6 or more) 5.00/lot
Civic Center Rentals:
Rehearsals 17.50/day
Moves (in or out): solo 15.00/day
shared 7.50/day
Performances 55.00/day
Partial use of stage 25.00/day
Section 2: The foregoing fee schedule shall become effective immediately,
and shall be applicable to all applications filed from and after its effect-
ive date.
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 19th day of June ,
1974, by the following vote:
