RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF
FUNDS BETWEEN AND/OR AMONG FUNDS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to make the following transfer of funds between funds to
effectuate the revised fund balance for July 1, 1973. This
conforms to the intention of Resolution 669 and the adjustment
according to Resolution 669-1.

Section 2: The .City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to make the transfer of funds between funds of the City of
Saratoga as indicated in Exhibit "A" -- "Fiscal Year 1973-74
Statement of Fund Balances" -- attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference. The specific transfers are noted below,
and the final June 30, 1974 fund balances are subject to modifi-
cation based on final audit.

The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of
August, 1974, by the following vote:
