The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: Reference is hereby made to the follewing Offer
of Dedication to the City of Saratoga covering
right-of-way over a pertion of Pierce Road:
a.) The most southerly twenty (20) feet of that
offer dated June 1, 1973, executed by Joan
Y. Nevtlle and Joe N. Neville and recorded
in Book 0405 at Page 3, Records Santa Clara
County.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid portion of Offer of Dedication
is hereby accepted by the City of Saratoga and
the above portion of said street covered thereby and hereby
declared to be a public street of the City of Saratoga,.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
the 4th day of sep.temb~.r, !..974~ by the following vo~e:
