RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 494 SETTING FORTH GUIDELINES TO IDENTIFY
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY CONTRACTORS ON CITY PROJECTS TO
PROVIDE FULL EMpLOyMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR MINORITIES AND WOMEN
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
That Resolution No. 494, setting forth guidelines to identify affirmative
action to be taken by contractors on city projects to provide full employment
opportunity for minorities and women, and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Saratoga City Council does here-
by adopt the amended affirmative action guidelines attached hereto."
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the ..]8tb day of

AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, Kraus and Diridon
NOES: None
