RESOLUTION NO. 729
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA FAVORING
C~TIZEN MEMBERS TO THE FAU COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the inclusion of citizen representation will add a broader
dimension to the Committee; and
WHEREAS, it would be more in line with the goals of full citizen repre-
sentation and a reflection of the citizens of Santa Clara County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Saratoga is in favor of citizen members of the FAU Committee that makes
up the FAU Plan, with a minimum of five (5) citizen members.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council on
