RESOLUTION NO. 730
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATCGA FAVORING TPB~ COMPREHENSIVE
HEALTH PLANNING AGENCY ON A COUNTY BASIS
WHEREAS, more funds can be obtained for the County of Santa Clara,
which is not as fully represented as it should be in the nine Bay Area
county basis; and
WHEREAS, better planning could be done on a County basis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Saratoga favors the Comprehensive Health Planning Agency as being on a Santa
Clara County basis, instead of a nine Bay Area county basis.
PASSE AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council on the
]9th day of March , 1975, by the following vote:
