A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SARATOGA COMMENDING
FRANK CLAWSON
WHEREAS, FRANK CLAWSON has been a member of the Parks and Recreation
Commission since April 1973; and
WI{EREAS. he has served on the Commission's special Hakone Review Comm-
ittee where his experience as a contractor has been particularly relevant and
valuable regarding development methods and costs; and
WHEREAS, while on the Commission, he assisted in the development and
ultimate approval of the plans for E1 Quito, Gardiner and Brookglen Parks, and
contributed to the elaboration of the action plan for park development embodied
in the 1975 General Plan; and
WHEREAS, FRANK was especially interested in maintaining the several
trail areas in the City for the enjoyment and use by all citizens;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Saratoga. does hereby commend FRANK CLAWSON for his contributions to the Parks
and Recreation Commission, and to the City, and wishes him well in his future
undertakings.
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted by t'he City Council of
the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 7thday of May~ 1975 by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, Kraus, Corr and Matteoni
