RESOLUTION ABANDONING AN EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT
WHEREAS, it appearing that the emergency access easement described
as follows:
That certain twenty (20) foot wide strip of land designated
Emergency Access Easement on Lots 3 and 4, as said lots and
easement are shown on that certain map entitled "Tract No.
5384", which map was filed for record in Book 327 of Maps,
at Pages 30 and 31, Santa. Clara County Official Records
is no longer necessary for the purpose intended and has not been in
use for the past twelve (12) months, and the City Council being so advised
and good cause appearing,
AND WHEREAS, it appearing that the "Offer to Dedicate Property for
Street Purposes", "An Emergency Access Road Easement" which was filed for
record in Book 0496 of Official Records, at Page 892, Santa Clara County
Records, is no longer necessary for the purpose intended and has not been
in use for the past twelve (12) months, and the City Council being so ad-
vised and good cause appearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinbefore described ease-
ments be and the same is h~reby abandoned.
The above and foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and there-
after passed and adopted on the 6th day of August, 1975, by the following
vote at a regular Council Meeting.
