RESOUJTION 0F T~FZ CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY
OF SA~TOGA APPROVI~,~G AGREE[.~NT FOR bV~I}rFENANJE

~TATE HIGH~.;AYS IN THE CI~ 0F SA~TOGA
W}EEAS, the State of California, through its Business
and Transportation Agency, ~rtment of Tm~portation, has
presented an Agreement for ~inte~nce of the State Highways in"
the City of~ Saratoga effective as of _-.--.January~ i ,
1R75 _, and to retain in effect dntil amended or teminated.
WEEAS, the City Council has heard mad said Agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents ~hereof;
~EFOE, be it reso~Bd by the City' Council of the '
City of ~..~ Saratoga that said Agreement for ~intenance
of '~H& State Highw~ in the City is hereby approved and the
- ~yor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City.
