RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
EASEMENT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1; Reference is hereby made to the following Grant of
Easement to the City of Saratoga covering a portion
of the Pacific Gas and Electric land between Saratoga Avenue and Quito
Road as described in "Exhibit A" hereto attached.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid Easement is hereby accepted by the City
of Saratoga and the above portions of said Easement
thereby and hereby declared to be a Storm Drainage Easement of the City
of Saratoga..
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the
4th day of Febr.~ry ........ , 1976, by the following vote:

A strip of land of the uniform width of 15 feet extending from
a course in the northerly boundary line of the parcel of land
described in the deed from Angelo Aspesi and wife to Pacific Gas
and Electric Company dated July 30, 1954 and recorded in Book 2929
of Official Records at page 372, Santa Clara County Records, which
course according to the description contained in said deed dated
July 30, 1954, has a bearinB of south 86° 02' east and a length
of 171.6 feet, soU_ theasterty to the easterly boundary line of the
parcel of land described in the deed from Felipe Rios and-wife to
Pacific Gas and Electric Company dated February 8, 1955 and recorded
in Book 3099 of Official Records at page 217, Santa Clara County
Records, and lying 7.5 .feet on each side of the line which begins
at a point in said course which has a bearing of south 86° 02' east
and a lenmth of 171.6 feet and runs thence south 59
587.53 feet, more or less, to a point in said easterly boundary
line, said easterly boundary line being the center line of Quito
Road; the point of beginning of this description bears north
85° 53' 50" west 55.38 feet distant from th~ easterly terminus
of said course which has a bearing of south 86
length of 171.6 feet.
