RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF
FA SEMENT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I: Reference is hereby made to the following Grant of
Easement to the City of Saratoga covering a portion
of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company land at road crossing
P.U.C. #EM 45.2 as described in "Exhibit A" hereto attached.
SECTION II: The aforesaid Easement is hereby accepted by the City
of Saratoga and the above portions of said Easement
thereby and hereby declared to be a Pedestrain Walkway Easement of the
City of Saratoga.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the~City of Saratoga held on the
18th day of February, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councib~en Bridgee, Brigham, Krau~, Coff & Matteeai
NOES: No.e
