RESOLUTION ABANDONING PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, it appearing that the hereinafter described public utility
easement is no longer necessary for the purpose intended and has not been
in use for the past twelve (12) months, and the City Council being so ad-
vised and good,.i!.eause appearing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described easement
be and the same is hereby abandoned. Said abandoned easement as above re-
ferred to is described as all that certain real property situate in the
City of Saratoga., County of Santa Clara, State of California, and being a
four (4.00) foot wide strip of land, the centerline of said strip being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the northeasterly
line of Forrest Hills Drive will the common lot corner of
lots #2 and #3, as shown on that certain map of Tract No.
2502 recorded in Book 109 of Maps at Page 38, Santa. Clara
County Records; thence along the common line of said lots
#2a. nd #3, north 43° 04' 10" east 124.80 feet to a point and
the terminus of this description. Containing 449 square feet,
more or less.
The above and foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
thereafter passed and adopted on the 2lst day of April , 197~.,
by the following vote at a regular City Council Meeting of the City of
Saratoga.
