RESOLUTION ALTERING AND ESTABLISHING
FEE SCHEDULE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The following schedule of fees is hereby established for
the payment to the City of Saratoga on application for each of the following
enumerated applications, and no delivery to nor acceptance by the City or
any of its officers, agents or employees of any of the following enumeratedr
applications shall be considered as a filing thereof, until said fee has been
paid in full:

SECTION 2: The foregoing fee schedule shall become effective
immedi~tely, and shall be applicable to all applications filed from and
after its effective date.
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 21s___tday of July,
1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham~ Corr, and Matteoni
ABSENT: Councilman Kraus
