A Resolution Altering Fee Schedule For
Civic Theatre Rentals
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The following schedule of fees is hereby established for
payment to the City of Saratoga on application for each of the following uses
of the Civic Theatre. This fee schedule shall become effective January 1, 1977,
and shall be applicable to all applications filed from and after its effective
date.
TYPE FEE
Rehearsals $23.75/day
Performances $82.50/day
Partial Use of Stage $40.O0/day
SECTION 2: The following schedule of fees is hereby established

uses of the Civic Theatre. This fee schedule shall become effective January 1, 1978,
and shall be applicable to all applications filed from and after its effective
date.
TYPE FEE
Rehearsals $30.O0/day
Performances $1t0.O0/day
Partial Use of Stage $55.00/day
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 21st day of July, 1976, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, Corr, and Matte,
NOES: None
