RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA -
APPROVAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ADDENDUMS
TO THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR SANTA CLARA COUNTY
WHEREAS, on February 4, 1976, the Saratoga City Council adopted
Resolution 760, approving of the Solid Waste Management Plan for
Santa Clara County; and
WHEREAS° it has reviewed the proposed two addendums to that
plan; and
WHEREAS, it finds that the addendure as submitted and made an
exhibit to this resolution finds it in the best interest of the
City of Saratoga to approve said addendums,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Saratoga concurs with the two addendums to the Solid Waste
Management Plan for Santa Clara County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to
forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Santa Clara
County Board of Supervisors
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on
the 3rd. day of November , 1976 , at a regular meeting of the
City Council of Saratoga by the following vote:
