RESOLUTION CHANGING NAME OF CERTAIN STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The name of the street knownas Belle Vista Avenue,
from Horseshoe Drive to .075 mi. south-east of
Horseshoe Drive, as said Belle Vista Avenue is shown and delin
eated on that certain Subdivision Map known as Tract #247, which
map was filed for record in Volume 8 of maps at Pages 22 and 23,
Santa Clara County Official Records, on the llth day of February,
1946, is hereby changed to "Belle Vista".
SECTION 2: This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 34091.1 of the Government Code of the State
of California, and other applicable laws, the City Council hereby
finding that said street name should be changed as heroinabove set
forth.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 1st
day of December .., 1976 by the following vote:
AYES: Councill~en Bridges, Brigham, Corr, Kraus !.' ;:z2
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Matteoni
