A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SCHEDULE OF
STORM DRAIN CONSTRUCTION COSTS FOR CREDIT
AGAINST STORM DRAINAGE FEES
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Reference is hereby made to Paragraph (F) of Table I, Ordinance
NS-60, of the City of Saratoga.
Section 1: The following is hereby adopted as the schedule of
Storm Drain Construction Costs for use in computing
the credit to be allowed by the City of Saratoga against 75% of
the storm drainage fee more particularly set forth in the above-
referred to table. The within schedule constitutes a schedule
of all costs. Wherever.the credit is applied by reason of over-
sizing in-tract drainage facilities, the same shall be determined
by deducting the cost per lineal foot for normal sizing from the
cost per lineal foot for over-sizing.

Cost to install as agreed to by City Engineer
prior to installation.
*Replacement footage will be allowed for a width of 2½
feet more than O.D. of C.M.P.: 3 feet more than O.D.
of R.C.P.
Section 2: Deductible costs shall not include any costs other
than as above set forth, and without limiting the gen-
erality of the foregoing, shall not include allowances for land
required to be dedicated, profit, overhead, inspection, or
engineering costs to the subdivider, except as may otherwise
expressly be included in the above schedule.
