A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS FOR
OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ULCER THE FEDERAL CIVIL
DEFENSE ACT
WHEREAS, Federal Government property may be available for City
use on a loan basis to strengthen the emergency capabilities of the local
jurisdiction; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City Council authorize
individuals to execute applications and documents for the City of Saratoga;
NOW, TEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SARATOGA that the following named individuals are hereby authorized to
execute for and in behalf of Saratoga, a public entity established under
the laws of the State of California, applications and documents for the
purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense
Act of 1950, as amended (Public Law 920, 81st. Congress, 50 U.S.Co 2251-2297).
