RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NAME OF CERTAIN STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The name of the cul-de-sac street located on the
east side of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road opposite Reid
Lane, which street is contiguous on its south side to the lands
of Lillian Rodoni and contiguous on its north side to the lands
of the ~..~....~.~.~.~:~......Vn~..~p~rict, is hereby design-
atedas"'GERALD ZAPPE~I COURT"
SECTION 2: This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 34091.1 of the Government Code of the State
of California, and other applicable laws, the City Council hereby
finding that said street name should be designated as hereinabove
setforth.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 3rd
day of AugUst , 1977 by the following vote:
