A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 775-1 ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION
FOR THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
Paragraph (1) of Resolution No. 775-1 is amended as
follows:
(1) The compensation of the City Manager of the
City of Saratoga is hereby fixed and established
at the sum and rate of $3,062.00 per month,
commencing with the month of March, 1978.
(2) The City Manager shall also be paid an automobile
allowance as currently provided at $150.00.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 1st day of March , 1978, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, ICraus, Corr & A~atte,,ni
