RESOLUTION ALTERING AND ESTABLISHING
FEE SCHEDULE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The follo~ring schedule of fees is hereby established
for the payment to the City of Saratoga on application for each of the
following ema~erated applications, and no delivery to nor acceptance by the
City or any of its officers, agents or employees of any of the following
enunerated applications shall be considered as a filing thereof, until said
fee has been paid in full:
Change of Zoning $300
Design Review $50/lot up to four lots;
$250 for major subdivisions
of 5 to 10 lots; $10 per lot
thereafter
Use Pemit $150
Variance $125
Single Family Residential $125/lot
Building Site Approval up
to and including 4 Lots
Building Site Approval $190/lot
for all other types
Single Family Residential $400
Subdivision Approval first
10 lots each lot o~er 10 $ 20
General Plan Amendments $500
Planned Developments $100
Preliminary Map Review $100
Encroachment Permits $ 35
Sign Permits $ SS
Annexations $ S0 LAFCO fee
Ministerial Permits $ 1S
Storm Drainage Fees

R- 1-10,000 $ S00/lot
R- 1-12, S00 $ SS0/lot
R-l-IS,000 $600/lot
R- 1- 20,000 $700/lot

Planned Development Same as fee for the district
with which PD is combined

For the first $5,000 12%
For the next $5,000 10%
For the next $10,000 8%
For the next $ 20,000 6%
For the next $60,000 4½%
For all improvements over $100,000 3%
*Where slopes are greater than 10%, increase fee by 15 above fee
percentage shown.
SFErlON 2: The foregoing fee schedule shall become effective immediately
and shall be applicable to all applications filed from and after its effective
date/
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 1st day of March ,
1978, by the following vote:
