A RESOLUTION ALTERING & ESTABLISHING
FEE SCHEDULE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The following schedule of fees is hereby established
for payment to the City of Saratoga on application for
each of the following enumerated applications, and no delivery to
nor acceptance by the City or any of its officers, agents or
employees of any of the following enumerated applications shall be
considered as filing thereof, until said fee has been paid in full.
This fee schedule shall become effective immediately and shall
be applicable to all applications filed from and after its
effective date.

SECTION 2: Except as above-modified, the schedule of fees
heretofore adopted by Resolution 780, as amended,
shall be and remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Resolution 699 (A Resolution Altering and Establishing
Fees for Building, Plumbing, Heating, Comfort Cooling,
Electrical, Plan Checking and Grading Permits) is hereby rescinded
and pursuant to Sections 3-3, 3-19, 3-41 and 6-2.2 of the Saratoga
City Code, as amended by Ordinance 38-83, the following schedule
of fees elaborated in Exhibit "A", "B", "C", "D", "E", and "F" is
hereby established for payment to the City of Saratoga on appli-
cation for each of the following enumerated applications, and no
delivery to nor acceptance by the City or any of its officers,
agents, or employees of any of the following enumerated appli-
cations shall be considered as filing thereof, until said fee has
been paid in full. This fee schedule shall become effective
immediately and shall be applicable to all applications filed from
and after its effective date.
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted at an Adjourned
Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on
the 27th day of June , 1978, by the following vote:

2. The following uses Dr categories shall require a one time basic inspection
fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) and an additional one time individual permit
fee as listed below:

B. Containers for welding and cutting gases, storageo$ 5.00

4. Fire protection equipment installation (one time only)
A. Automatic Sprinkler System at 0.25¢ per head or $45.00 for
inspection, whichever is greater. Exceptions: additions and
or alterations on new construction. No fee under ten (10)
sprinklers will be charged.
B. A plan check of 65% of the total head charge (as per A above)
will be made for plan checking.
C. Fixed extinguisher system at $2.50 per nozzle or $30.00 per in-
spection, whichever is greater.
5.. Fire alarm and detector System.
A. 0.25¢ per unit, or $30.00 per inspection whichever is greater.
Exception: no fee will be charged for 5 or less.
6~ Penalties for Non-Renewal.
A. Penalty for non-renewal of any permit after 30 day notice..$30.00
