A RESOLUTION DF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN FOR THE CITY, AGREEMENTS, DOCUMENTS,
AND LOAN FORMS RELATED TO THE SARATOGA HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND
REHABILITATION PROGRAM
(SHARP)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saratoga has previously approved
the Saratoga Housing Assistance and Rehabilitation Program (SHARP), its implementation
and authorized Crocker National Bank to participate in the SHARP, and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate and necessary to designate a City official to sign,
on behalf of the City of Saratoga, agreements, documents and loan forms relevant
to the operation of the SHARP.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City of Saratoga,
and in his absence, the Assistant City Manager, be authorized to execute agreements,
documents, loan forms and othermaterials necessary to the SHARP operation, on behalf
ofsthe City of Saratoga.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 4 day of
January, 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Corr, Bridges, & Brigham
NOES: None
