RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION
OF EASEMENT FOR EMERGENCY ACCESS ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION t: Reference is hereby made to the following Offer of
Dedication to the City of Saratoga covering right-o~-
way for Emergency Access across Lots 5 and 6 of Tract No. 5384.
a.) Offer dated May 22, 1974, executed by
James W. Day and Marion E. Maxson, and
recorded on June 10, 1974 in Book 0936
at Page 434, Santa Clara County Records.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid Offer of Dedication is hereby accepted
by the City of Saratoga and the above Easement thereby
and hereby declared to be an Emergency Access Easement of the City of
Saratoga.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the
20th day of September , 1978, by the following vote:
