RESOIIrrlON OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA CHANGING
II-IE NAME, OF PADMtO AVtRI]~ TO CHIQUITA WAY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The rmme of the street known as Padero Avenue, from
Pierce Road to 12 miles northwesterly and northerly of Pierce Road, as
said Padero Avenue is shown and delineated on that certain subdivision
map known as Tract 5461, a map which was filed for record in Book 347 of
Maps at Pages 37 and 38, Santa Clara County Official Records, on the
18th day of October, 1974, is hereby changed to Chiquita Way.
SELFION 2: This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 34091.1 of the Goverr/ment Code of the State of California, and
other applicable laws, the City Council hereby finding that said street
name should be changed as hereinabove set forth.
The above and foregoing resolut~Mm wRs passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 18 th
day of October , 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kalb, Ma't,eoni, Callon, Krous&Corr
