RF, SOLUTIO N OF TIe CITY OB SARAT~ CHANGING
THE NAM~ OF JIM'S WAY TO LFXINGTON COURT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The name of the street known as Jim's Way, frem
Franklin Aveline to .06 miles south to Chalet Lane, as said Jim's Way is
shown and delineated on those certain subdivision maps known as Tracts
627 and 3034~ which maps are in Book 391 of Maps at page 1, Santa Clara
County Official Records, on the 1st day of March~ 1975, is hereby changed
to Lexington Court.
SFI"TION 2: This resolution is adopted pur~mnt to the pro-
visions of Section 34091.1 of the Govermnent Code of the State of California,
and other applicable laws, the City Council hereby finding that said street
name should be changed as hereinabove set forth.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meet-
ing of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the 18th day
Of October .., 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: Counciimen Kolb, h~atteoni, Callon, Kraus & Corr
NO~S: None
ABSENT: None ~
