A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA CHANGING THE ORDER OF
BUSINESS FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
Pursuant to the authority of Section 2-6 of the Saratoga
City Code, commencing with the City Council meeting of December 6,
1978 and for each and every meeting thereafter unless and until
changed by resolution the order of business of the City Council
shall be as follows:

A. Roll Call
B. Approval of Minutes
II. Communications
A. Oral
B. Written
III. Subdivisions, Building Sites, Zoning Requests
IV. Petitions, Ordinances, and Resolutions
V. Public hearings
VI. Bids & Contracts
VII. Consent Calendar
VIII. Administrative Matters A. Mayor
B. Council & Commission Reports
C. Department Heads and Officers
D. City Manager
IX. Adjournment
Public hearings (sub-section 5) shall be held at 7:30 P.M.
or as soon thereafter as the course of business permits, regardless
of position on the agenda
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 15th day of November, 1978, by the following vote:
