RESOLUTION CHANGING NAME OF A CERTAIN STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The name of the street known as Kodiak Court, from Verde
Vista Lane to its termination at cul-de-sac, as said
Kodiak Court is shown and delineated on that certain tract map of Tract
No. 3942 - "Joanie's Villa", which map was filed for record in Book 205
of Maps at Pages 48 and 49 in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, is hereby changed to Verde Vista Court.
SECTION 2: This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions
of Section 34091.1 of the Government Code of the State
of California, and other applicable laws, the City Council hereby finding
that said street name should be changed as hereinabove set forth.
The within resolution shall be effective nunc-pro-tunc as of April
5, 1967.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the
6th day of June , 1979, by the following
