A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 775-2 ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION
FOR THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
Paragraph (1) of Resolution No. 775-2 is amended as
follows:
(1) The compensation of the City Manager of the
City of Saratoga is hereby fixed and established
at the sum and rate of $3,158.00 per month,
commencing with the month of March, 1979.
(2) The City Manager shall also be paid an automobile
allowance to be provided at the rate of $200.00
per month.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 21 day of March , 1979, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kalb, Corr, Callon, & Matteoni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Kraus
