A RESOLUTION ALTERING & ESTABLISHING
FEE SCHEDULE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The following schedule of fees is hereby established
for payment to the City of Saratoga on application
for each of the following enumerated applications, and no
delivery to nor acceptance by the City or any of its officers,
agents or employees of any of the following enumerated appli-
cations shall be considered as filing thereof, until said fee
has been paid in full. This fee schedule shall become effective
immediately and shall be applicable to all applications filed
from and after its effective date.
TYPE FEE
PLANNING FEES
Single Family Residential $125/lot plus
Building Site Approval up $ 75 noticing fee
to and including 4 lots for 2 or more lots
Building Site Approval $265/lot
for all other types
Single Family Residential $475
Subdivision Approval first
10 lots - each lot over 10 $ 20/lot
Multiple-Family Building
Site Approval
Lots of 1 acre or less $300/lot
Lots of 3 acres or less $600/lot
Lots of more than 3 acres $1000/lot
SECTION 2: Except as above-modified, the schedule of fees
heretofore adopted by Resolution 780, as amended,
shall be and remain in full force and effect.
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted at a Regular
M~eting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on the
3rd day of 1979, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Corr, Matteoni and Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Kalb /
